Biography:
Carolyn is married to Don Carney, who is profiled in “A Moment of Valor” on page 11 of
Volume 2 Issue 1 (Fall 2005)
Carolyn Carney is a woman in her 80's who has been writing since she was in high school.
Her main interest is in writing poetry, everything from haiku to over-long family activity
poems to be included in her annual Christmas greetings. She and husband, Don, are
retired and live a quiet life among their blended families of seven children, eleven
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. (Winter 2009)
