Biography:  

William C. Crutchfield was born in Memphis Tennessee, raised in Fresno, California
and earned a degree from the University of Oregon "way back in the early 1980's."
He's been a  Lane Country resident since 1973 and an Elmira resident since 1999.
His philosophy? "Write it as if no one was ever going to read it, but write it."
