Kate Fisher
Kate Fisher is a 15 year old home-school student who lives in the Veneta area.
She runs a small music studio in her home where she teaches violin and piano.
Kate enjoys both listening and performing music from a wide variety of genres.
She plays piano every Wednesday evening from 5-6 p.m. at Our Daily Bread
Restaurant in Veneta. Kate is also a member of the Fern Ridge Library’s Teen
Advisory Board and enjoys reading all types of books. Her favorite authors are
the Bronte sisters and Randy Alcorn. She also is interested in linguistics,
learning foreign languages and writing. Kate wants to become an investigative
