"Bubbling up in our own good time-- online."

I am 68 years old and have enjoyed journaling, writing poetry and short stories for most of my life.
Being shy as a young person, I felt it much easier to express myself using the written word.
My husband and I have lived in the Central Sierra Nevada foothills for the past 18 years. The
community of Yosemite Lakes Park, is a unique blend of beautiful rustic scenery, amenities which
include a wonderful restaurant, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, clubhouse and close
proximity to Yosemite National Park.
What I enjoy the most about my community is the multitude of activities and special interest
groups, including a  book club, diner’s club, mahjong group, swim aerobics and a very special group
that I belong to, which is the writer’s circle.
I retired from real estate several years ago and now have the time to devote to my many
interests. Writing remains a strong interest, providing me with insight and satisfaction.
