Wayne Westfall graduated from the University of California, Berkley in 1964 with a BS
in Civil Engineering. After a 34-year career as a licensed Civil Engineer in California
and Oregon, he can look back at a rewarding career, mostly with the City of Los
Angeles and City of Eugene as designer and plan-reviewer of public works
infrastructure projects such as streets, sewers and storm drains.
His Oregon lifestyle allowed time and opportunity for creating a sizable log of
mountains climbed in Oregon, Washington and California; for enjoying many camping,
hunting and fishing excursions; for active involvement in a local church; for
woodworking, disc golf, writing poetic stories, and other hobbies; and for spending
hundreds of hours searching out words that rhyme.
